Edmund Home is the secure record of your home. Your household book keeps home details, maintenance, documents, contacts, and other useful records together. There is a home side for the household book and a realtor side for the realtor desk. They are separate.
Steps
- Sign in with a one-time code sent by SMS to open your household book, or the realtor desk if you are a realtor.
- Add the details you want to find later — people to call, paint, papers, and the things in the home.
Does not
- Dispatch help, file insurance, appraise the home, transfer title, or give legal advice.
- Open a realtor’s household book from the realtor desk, or turn the desk into a brokerage CRM.
Escalate when
- The person is unsure which path they are on, or something on screen does not match a household book versus the realtor desk.
