Edmund does not dispatch help. If anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number. In the United States, that is 911.
Your notes, on this phone
Shutoff locations and who to call live on the device. They still open without a signal. They are your notes — used only if it is safe. Edmund does not tell you to shut anything off.
Pictures
Locked so only you can see them.
Photos are encrypted before they leave the phone. You choose who holds the key: you, or Edmund on your account. If you keep the key and lose both the phone and the spare, we cannot get the pictures back.

Saved with this phone’s passwords. Copy a spare. Nobody at Edmund can look.
Edmund keeps the lock
Still locked to your account. A new phone after you sign in can still open them. We do not share them.
