Print & share is for the household, not the realtor desk. You can print a personal copy of your household book, prepare an insurance claim packet, or review a closing book before inviting a next owner. A personal copy lists contacts, home items, maintenance notes, and document details. Photo and video files are not embedded. Printing and exports are included with Individual and Unlimited homes.
Steps
- Open Print & share and choose a personal copy, an insurance packet, or a closing book.
- For a next owner, review the closing book before you send the invite. Built-ins default to convey; personal belongings stay out unless you include them.
Does not
- File an insurance claim or act as a carrier, adjuster, or appraisal.
- Let the realtor desk export your household copy or see serial numbers.
- Embed photo, video, or document files in the printed copy.
Escalate when
- Print & share is missing on a paid plan, a copy fails to generate, or a realtor appears able to export the household book.
